Katie Norton

Katie comes to Kalie Solutions as the organized, operational energy needed to bring each project to life. As an event planner with many years of experience in management, marketing, and sales she was excited to bridge the gap between the offline and online world with the introduction of the first ever printed digital restaurant guide, The Dining Sourcebook. Eager to bring The Dining Sourcebook to top culinary destinations, she has since been focused on their expansion markets. Having lived in Boston for 50 years!!! Katie has always had a personal interest in the Boston real estate market , she has recently made it official getting her Real Estate license and joining the Douglas Elliman Real Estate team in Boston and on Nantucket.

Katie and her husband Jim reside in Milton, MA with their three boys Jack (21), Ryan (19 and Charlie(13). They are also summer residents of Nantucket.

 

Julie Drinan

Julie started her career at Whole Foods, where she worked for 16 years eventually becoming the Customer Service Coordinator for the North East Region. Eventually she moved on to other endeavors that ranged from running the popular Bed & Breakfast, 148 Main Street on The Vineyard to opening two of her own children clothing stores. Julie has volunteered with many organizations and been on boards, PTA’s and many fundraising committees. She brings her strength of decades of customer service experience as well as working in various retail environments. She brings a depth of knowledge of e-commerce and web design and working with various charities. Julie Lives in Dorchester with her husband Bobby and has two children, Liam (18) and Grace (23).

 

How it all started…

Julie Drinan and Katie Norton met almost 20 years ago. Through work they became friends, and through friendship they found common ground in charities, family, business and entrepreneurship. Within these various interests they consistently found that their skills played well off one another. With the pandemic they were given the opportunity to re-envision themselves and the many ideas they had for a business.



Their idea was both simple and unique. It was based on four cornerstones that they would need to be able to deliver to their clients and also what they felt was missing in the marketplace: affordable services, design aesthetic, the ability to help bring the clients business to the “next level” and their new and evolving ideas for each client.
